Submissions

​In March 2022 the Government released A new Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Protection Act - Consultation Paper on High-level Policy Directions for a six-week public consultation period. 

Consultation on the proposals has been ongoing with Tasmania’s Aboriginal people and stakeholders since that time.
