Now we are going to look at an example of what you need to do when you are planning works or other activities that may interfere with Aboriginal heritage.
Meet Rosie. She is planning to expand a carpark at the start of a walking track. We are going to follow the steps she takes when planning, to make sure that she meets her obligations under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1975. Rosie will work through processes such as the Reserve Activity Assessment when she meets her obligations under the Act.
